Instant payments via Google Checkout or PayPal will provide you with the fastest service. We do not ship until payment has cleared. Keep in mind that Paypal's e-check option usually takes 4-7 days to clear.


SHIPPING

We ship First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail for most of our items. UPS is used for some heavier items. See item descriptions for specific shipping charges.


CONDITION OF ITEMS

All of our items are brand new, in sealed packages unless otherwise noted. We do try to note any package shelf wear or damage. Items are stored in a non-smoking environment.


RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We are happy to discuss options for making your buying experience a pleasant one. If a return is the best option, you may send the item back to us. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item, providing it is received in the same condition it was in when shipped to buyer. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used to purchase the item.


RECALLS

Here at Pastimes & Playthings, we are concerned with providing products that are both fun and safe for your children. All of our items are purchased from reputable suppliers in the United States, though their place of manufacture may vary.

To help ensure that our customers stay safe, we monitor the Consumer Product Safety Commission recall notices. Should an item sold in our store be recalled, we will pull them from the site. We will also make every effort to contact consumers who purchased recalled items from us. We cannot, however, issue a refund for a recalled item. Instructions for repair or replacement of recalled items will be included in each recall notice.
